This morning?
I took my crown and went for a walk. Not a glam walk. Not a ‘look at me’ walk.
Just a quiet, healing, mental health stroll to the doc—like a mindful queen on a mission. 👑🧠✨
Because healing doesn’t always look sparkly.
It looks like showing up for your damn self. It looks like making appointments, checking in, breathing deep, and saying: “Hey, I’m still here. And I’m worth the effort.”
Fast-forward to tonight:
I had a sweaty bike date with my inner comeback queen, followed by a flirt session in the mirror mid-weightlifting. 💦🚴♀️🏋️♀️
Not with someone else.
With my future hot selfie.
The one I see when I close my eyes. The one who didn’t give up. The one who built herself back up—rep by rep, drop of sweat by drop of sparkle.
Truth?
Healing isn’t cute.
It’s messy. Unfiltered. Sometimes loud, sometimes silent.
But holy sh*t, it’s powerful.
And it’s mine.
Every rep, every pedal, every inhale and exhale is a weird little love note to myself.
A reminder that I’m not becoming someone else—I’m returning to the version of me I buried under heartbreak, burnout, betrayal, and fear.
And she’s glowing up with a vengeance.
✨ So here’s your permission slip:
Let it be weird. Let it be sweaty. Let it be slow, or spicy, or silent.
Just don’t stop.
