Let’s be reel for a sec…
Today’s cardio? A full-on uphill saga. Not planned. Not glam. Just me, my legs, and 10 km of “who needs public transport when you’ve got stubbornness?”
I skipped the car, ignored the tram, laughed in the face of the bus — and walked. Uphill. To a meeting. In real shoes.
Burned my glutes and probably some unresolved emotional baggage too. 😅🔥
Then later?
A chill 65-minute bike session.
Weights routine? Crushed it.
Calories? Torched.
Confidence? Leveled up.
And when that first meal of the day hit — two dreamy, garlic-loaded portions of homemade bolognese — I didn’t feel guilty.
I felt powerful. Hungry. Alive.

Because that’s what this journey is really about:
✨ Not chasing perfection, but choosing to show up sweaty, silly, and unfiltered.
✨ Moving your body because you can, not because you hate it.
✨ Fueling it with love — and yes, pasta.
✨ Laughing through the mess, owning the magic, and letting every version of you be enough.
The glow-up isn’t linear. It’s uphill, sideways, sometimes barefoot, sometimes bolognese-stained.
But it’s real. It’s yours. And it’s happening — one sweaty selfie at a time.
