I didn’t start this journey with a grand plan.
There was no magical transformation montage.
Just a broken girl. A bike in her living room. And a silent promise:

Two years later, I’ve shown up for myself every single day.

Then came the breakdown.
Bankruptcy. Betrayal. Divorce. Grief. COVID. Loss.
Everything crumbled — including me.
At my lowest, I didn’t recognize the person in the mirror.
Not because of how she looked… but because she stopped trying.
So I made a choice. Not to glow up. But to get up.
And that started with 1 hour on a bike.
Every day. No excuses. No applause. Just grind.
