🌈 Everything I Lose Creates Space for Everything I Need

(Episode 44 – Level Up Your Selfie Podcast)

Hey beautiful souls & chaos enthusiasts — it’s me, Angelina Mi Lajki, your Creative Unicorn, AI Whisperer, and professional phoenix rising from her own ashes… again.

This week’s mantra?
“Everything I lose creates space for everything I need.”

Yeah. That one slapped.
Right when I was losing… well, basically everything.

A marriage.
A business.
A home — or what I thought was one.

Because technically, I’m still living inside those same four walls.
The house that once felt safe, now echoing with the ghosts of what used to be.
I’ve been sorting through boxes of old inventory, memories, and emotions — deciding what to keep, what to sell, what to finally release.

It’s strange, this in-between.
This void.
That liminal space between endings and beginnings — where you’re not who you were, but not yet who you’re becoming.

And let’s be honest — the void is awkward.
It’s uncomfortable, confusing, and sometimes it just feels like standing still in spiritual quicksand.
But maybe that’s not stagnation.
Maybe it’s sacred stillness — a gathering of energy before the big leap.

💔 The Art of Losing Without Losing Yourself

For the longest time, I thought loss meant failure.
That if something ended — it must’ve been my fault.

But what if loss isn’t punishment?
What if it’s divine redirection?

Every collapse — personal, emotional, financial — cleared space for something that actually aligned with who I was becoming.
What felt like the universe ghosting me was actually life editing my story.

And trust me, I know that ache of pouring your whole soul into something — a relationship, a dream, a brand — only to watch it dissolve.
You question your worth.
You grieve your old identity.
You mistake endings for rejection instead of redirection.

But now I see it differently:
Loss is not the universe taking from you — it’s the universe preparing you.
It’s clearing out expired energy so something real, aligned, and lasting can finally arrive.

The void isn’t a punishment.
It’s a portal.

🧹 Life’s Clean-Up Crew (Divine Redirection in Disguise)

When my business collapsed, when my marriage crumbled, when my world went silent — I thought I’d failed at everything.
But looking back, I see it was a cosmic renovation.

The universe walked in like,
“Sweetie, these walls are ugly — we’re knocking them down.”

Because I’d built my entire life around survival, not expansion.
Around comfort, not truth.
And when you’re evolving, the universe will lovingly evict you from anything that keeps you small.

Every breakdown was really a breakthrough with bad timing.
Every loss was divine clean-up disguised as chaos.

It wasn’t rejection. It was re-direction.

🔥 The Transformation Tax

Here’s the thing nobody warns you about:
Every glow-up comes with a bill.

I call it the Transformation Tax — the spiritual rent you pay for leveling up.
It costs you your comfort zone, your old identity, and sometimes your sanity.

Healing isn’t cute.
It’s crying on your kitchen floor in yesterday’s mascara.
It’s unlearning people-pleasing while your nervous system screams for old patterns.
It’s deleting expired dreams and trusting there’s more coming.

You can’t keep the upgrade and the outdated software.
You pay in discomfort.
You earn in alignment.

But once you’ve survived your own collapse, you realize: you can rebuild from anything.
You become unbreakable in the softest, most beautiful way.

🎭 The Plot Twist Nobody Warned Us About

Here’s the real plot twist —
The breakdown is the glow-up.
It just doesn’t look cute when you’re still inside it.

Every ending I swore would destroy me ended up setting me free.
The business that fell apart made space for my creative independence.
The love that ended cracked me open for self-love.
The home that stopped feeling safe is now my cocoon for reinvention.

Life doesn’t fall apart — it falls into place.
Just not in the tidy way we imagined.

🪞 The Art of Letting Go (Divine Lessons in Disguise)

Letting go isn’t graceful.
It’s messy, loud, and holy all at once.
It’s ugly-crying with a side of enlightenment.

And for someone like me — a recovering anxious attacher, trauma-bonding expert, and loyal-to-a-fault unicorn — letting go has always been my biggest teacher.

I used to call it “love,” but it was really survival.
I gave too much, stayed too long, over-shared, over-worked, over-extended.
I poured every ounce of my sparkle into others until I burned myself out.

Forty kilos heavier.
Exhausted.
Invisible.
Heartbroken.
Creating worlds for everyone else to enjoy while disappearing from my own life.

My collapse was my blessing in disguise.
The meltdown was the moment I stopped outsourcing my worth.
The void became my altar.

And now, even as I still stand in this in-between — deciding whether to make over this house or finally move on — I know this silence isn’t emptiness.
It’s alignment loading.

The universe is rearranging the furniture before my next arrival.
And I can feel it — that quiet hum before the breakthrough.

Because letting go isn’t loss.
It’s leveling up.
It’s remembering who the f*** you are after forgetting for too long.

🪞 Your Selfie Work

Stand in front of your mirror — raw, real, messy bun and all — and ask:

  • What am I still gripping that’s already gone?

  • What am I calling a failure that might actually be preparation?

Then breathe.
Thank it.
Release it.

Because every ending is an opening.
Every void is divine architecture for your next creation.
Every loss is just life clearing the runway for your rebirth.

Your life isn’t falling apart.
It’s falling into alignment.

✨ And sometimes, babe — letting go is the glow-up. ✨
