RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise is accepted for exchange or refund if returned in unworn condition and in original packaging within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the the return/exchange slip included with your name, order number and a detailed note.
Please note that some products such as personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Some made to order items sold via milajki.com are non-returnable. This is because they are custom designed, made uniquely on demand and handpicked for you the customer. This is also why we know you can appreciate and respect our dedication in bringing you the best unique designs for an accessory junkie like yourself. We put a lot of passion, time, and effort into designing great accessories and sourcing awesome new content and unique products, which is why our return policy is in place. All other claims of exchange or refund must be submitted within 14 days after purchase. We ask for photo verification of any damaged goods, and then we'll gladly send a replacement on us. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at milajki.com. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges.
